CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Beautiful house with an excellent view but cold hot tub
This house is really lovely. Tons of light, plenty of room, amazing view from the top deck. Beware that the hot tub is on a 110 outlet so if anything goes wrong with it it will take forever to heat. We had a three day rental and only had use of the hot tub for one day. They came to fix it but it took 24 hours to heat."

"Great, Relaxing Getaway
I took a girls' trip over a long weekend and stayed here. The property was very well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and everything was in great condition. The hot tub and patios were lovely to have outdoor time while relaxing at home, and we had everything we needed to cook. There is a fog horn you can hear outside, it sounds like a soft beeping sound, so just something to be aware of (I'm sure it's audible throughout the town). For a larger group, there isn't a huge gathering area as the seating is spread out across a few nooks. "

"Stunning balcony view !
My family spends every Labor Day in Bodega Bay, usually at the same accommodations. This year, our regular VRBO rental was already booked—but that led us to this gem, which turned out to be an upgrade in every way.
After our stay, we realized my daughter had left her jacket behind. Wine & Country went above and beyond by reaching out and offering to ship it back to us.
