Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

This was actually my second stay in #824...a beautiful unit, Mike does a wonderful job of communicating assisting me in any way...loved the yellow roses this time...A wonderful vacation - August 22 - 31...Hope to get back again this year and possibly become a full-time resident at some time in the future...Great Company...Good luck to all...including Luke O'Reilly,"

"We will definitely return, only one complaint.
We loved the double gated resort. The drive in was gorgeous. The mixture of beach houses and condos made it a beautiful quaint community. We recommend staying in building 900 if you want to be closest to the pools and on the beach. Our only complaint was the pool rules regarding not being able to bring in your own food and drink during the time that the snack bar was open which was usually from 9am to 6:30pm during our stay. This could get very expensive for families with several children who like to hang out at the pool for several hours. All the employees from the security gate, the snack bar workers, and the pool security guards were so nice and helpful. Great vacation spot and beautiful cinnamon beach as advertised!"

"Great relaxing trip
My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. This was our second trip to Cinnamon Beach, but first in this unit. Loved hearing the ocean waves all day everyday and watching the sunrise in the morning. We were also able to enjoy watching the Space Shuttle Endeavour's last launch into space during our week at the resort. Can't wait to return. Would definately recommend to those looking for a relaxing vacation."
