THE SPACE
The open main living area is filled with natural light from a dramatic wall of glass overlooking the surrounding mountain landscape. Vaulted cedar ceilings and warm wood details give the home its classic log-cabin character, while the spacious living and dining areas make it easy for everyone to gather together.

Two wood-burning fireplaces add to the mountain atmosphere, including a fireplace in the main living area and a wood-burning stove downstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen connects easily with the main gathering spaces and includes a gas range, dishwasher, Keurig, wine cooler, electric kettle, microwave, and the essentials needed for preparing meals throughout your stay.

Downstairs, the third bedroom doubles as the game room, offering a pool table, Smart TV, wood-burning stove, bunk sleeping, and a Queen pullout couch.

The lower deck adds another place to spend time together with a propane BBQ, tiki bar, outdoor kitchen and sink, and horseshoes. Please note that the lower deck is accessed through the downstairs third bedroom/game room.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. The yard is not fenced. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Driveway
The driveway is steep and may scrape low-clearance vehicles. Please plan accordingly when selecting your vehicle.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with applicable San Bernardino County vacation rental regulations and local Good Neighbor requirements.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
Parties are not permitted.
