There's a large, private beach-front balcony that is perfect for enjoying coffee while listening to the comforting sound of the waves and looking out over the gem colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sky transforms into vivid pastel colors in the evenings, especially in January & February if you like to enjoy a beverage on the balcony in the late afternoons. Historical Rosamund Johnson Beach is just a short walk down the beach to the east. It is well known for the 8 amazing miles of pristine natural coastline that belongs to the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Sandy Key offers premium amenities like 2 swimming pools and one pool is heated year round for off-season comfort. The primary bathroom offers a King sized Sleep Number Bed for a luxurious night's sleep. The bedroom is en suite and offers an extra large shower. The bedroom walks out on to the gulf-front balcony via a sliding glass door. The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds to sleep 4 guests. There are televisions in both bedrooms and also in the well appointed family room. Hopefully, no one has to work remotely while at the beach, but if something comes up, the family room has an office desk and chair with view. Everyone in the meeting will be impressed if the Blue Angels flew past in the middle of your meeting!
