Bedrooms: The top-floor bedroom features a king bed with attached shared bathroom. The first-floor bedroom has two twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom. The master suite offers a king bed and an attached bathroom for ultimate comfort.
One of the standout features of this property is the fenced-in backyard, providing a safe and private space for your family and pets to play and enjoy the outdoors. If you have furry companions, you'll be pleased to know that this property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two pets. So, don't leave your four-legged friends behind – they can join in the fun! Pets are welcome with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet (maximum of two pets).
421-B: his spacious, three-level vacation rental in Surf City offers plenty of room and comfort with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The large carport accommodates four to five vehicles, and a fenced backyard with an outdoor shower backs up to the scenic sound.
The second level includes a spacious master bedroom featuring a king bed, 42 inch smart TV, two closets, private bath with dual vanity and walk in shower, and a sound-view deck. The second bedroom on this level includes a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top), a queen bed, Roku TV, and an attached bathroom. For added convenience, the second level also features a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The third floor features a spacious open living and dining area with seating for 10, three couches (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa), a 50-inch smart TV, and a large deck with a table and chairs for sunset dining. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including a dishwasher, oven, and dishware suitable for all ages. The third bedroom on this level includes a queen and a full bed, a smart TV, ample storage, and access to a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, which also opens to the main living area for added convenience. Pets are welcome with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet (maximum of two pets).

Pets Allowed Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Agent immediately in writing via email at . If the Tenant cancels prior to their stay arrival date they shall request to receive their payments back minus the Reservation Fee. If the request is not approved, the tenant shall forfeit all payments made to Maven Properties, LLC, or associated with the reservation. Maven Properties, LLC, will send a confirmation email to the Tenant that the cancellation notice has been received. Ultimately, the Tenant is responsible for verifying the cancellation notification has been received by the Agent. It is strongly advised that the Tenant purchase Travel Insurance to protect their Vacation investment. Optional Travelers insurance offered by Maven Properties, LLC.
