For a day of family fun, Landa Park is only a mile south, offering a miniature golf course, scenic lake, wading pool, picnic areas, and playgrounds—making it an ideal spot for all ages.
Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances to cook delicious meals. Spacious dining area with 8 seats to gather for game night. The cozy living room with Smart TV and YouTube TV subscription, Record player and albums provide a bungalow feel with a relaxing ambiance. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located to the living room/dining and bedrooms. The den area has 2 twin cots. The owners have also provided folding card tables and chairs to create a workspace in the den while cots are not in use. Pack 'N Play available as well as washer/dryer for convenience.
No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. Please note this property is in a residential area and enforces quite hours in the evenings. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
