Surf Song 119 - You will feel like you’re on vacation the moment you step into this 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo located on the ground floor. It was fully renovated in 2025 while also saving some of its “old Florida” charm. This coastal retreat offers a living room that includes a spacious leather sectional along with a comfortable leather sitting chair to relax. Also, enjoy the smart TV for easy streaming plus DVD player with a large variety of DVDs provided for your use during your stay. The kitchen, part of the renovation in 2025, has new cabinets and quartz countertops along with updated appliances and an ample supply of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and small appliances. The dining table can seat up to six. The large main bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. In the master bedroom suite, you will find a queen bed along with a large dresser and closet for plenty of storage, plus a smart TV as well. There is also an attached 3/4 master bath with shower. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and twin sized bed as well as four drawer dresser for your clothes to move in and feel like home during your stay. There is a smart TV in this bedroom as well.
Step outside and you are just seconds away from the heated salt water pool and the spacious concrete paver patio area with tables and ample lounge chairs to relax in the sun. There are gas grills on property properly that are provided for your use as well. The white sand of Madeira Beach is a few more steps away where you can relax and do all of those things that you think of for a beach vacation. This includes, of course, taking in some of the most beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of America.
One of the most popular attractions, after the beach of course, is John’s Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint, turn-of-the-century fishing village and is Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. The Village has unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. You will also often see dolphins swimming in the water of John's Pass just off of the boardwalk on the south end of the village. All of this is available to you with a short walk across the street or on the sidewalk under the John’s Pass drawbridge.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost prior to a reservation being confirmed.
When staying in a SunHost unit, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are always provided. You will have access to 7 day a week office staff and office services (copying, print boarding passes, etc.). We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It is located on the Gulf of Mexico and on Gulf Blvd between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach with a more laid back feel. This beautiful Gulf getaway has something to offer for people of all ages. If you are traveling by air, you don’t have to worry about a long drive after your flight to reach your vacation destination. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles away and St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport at approximately 10 miles away.

Pets Not Allowed ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Concerns about guest behavior
We love staying at Surfsong. However, this year I was disappointed in the following and truly hope it is addressed before we return next year. 1. People eating and drinking in the pool and sitting around the pool and doing it. 2. Smoking in the pool area and lounge chair area. 3. People in pool late at night. (Close to midnight) 4. Kids running around yelling late at night ( midnight on some days) 5. People blaring their music in pool and lounge chair area. 6. Paying guests have a significant amount of their own guests using the property. What good are your rules if they aren’t enforced? I really hope the above listed concerns will be addressed. I hope next year is not our last time at the Surfsong. We have come for many years and love it there. "

"GREAT LOCATION - BEACH GETAWAY
The stay was ok - needs more management supervision. Outsiders coming in and using the pool. People drinking and carrying on with small children. Loud and obnoxious in the pool at 2am - when the pool should close at 10:00 for quiet time. Need more control. No one on sight after hours - which is a problem. The condo needed a through cleaning. Oven door fell off and when I went to the office - they wanted to know how that happen? Beats me - I just opened the door. It was almost like they thought I had broken the door. Bath tub drain - doesn't work. Kitchen needs to be replenished with supplies. Only had two small soup pans. "

"#119 Surf Song
This a great location, right on the beach. The property was clean, each unit has a assigned parking spot so it is always there when you get back but no extra parking. Staff was very friendly when asked where to eat, shop. Kitchen was pretty small and was in need of some pots, only one and very small and fry pan was very scratched up and every thing stuck to it. Bed in master bedroom was too hard for me. It was a great stay though and we had a good time. 4 stars on condition due to lack of good pots/pans."

Great ground floor 2 bedroom unit! The only thing I would suggest is new mattress’s for the bedrooms. The queen bed especially, you could feel some springs poking through."

"Very Nice
Unit was nice, but, MB sink leaked, appreciated quick fix by maintenance. Refrigerator leaked onto top shelf so always had water and some froze making it unusable. Dining chair had bad leg, moved it to opposite wall as it wasn’t usable. Guest BR had no usable closet. Appreciated hanging allowance in dining room closet, but insufficient for a 2 week stay. Noise from painters at Crimson was a pain and lasted our entire stay. Didn’t realize how thin the walls would be, awakened several times during nights by noisy neighbors. We loved the decorations and overall feel of the unit, beds were very comfortable, it’s apparent the owners love their home. Of course the closeness to the beach and the outdoor charm of SurfSong just outside the door is the big draw. Sadly the weather wasn’t as we had hoped. But, still love SurfSong and hope to return."
