Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. "Great stay

"Really good unit, bad bed and wifi
The unit itself is very good-- clean, relatively updated, and the kitchen is decently stocked. All appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, blender, washer and dryer) worked well. The only real issues were 1) wifi was a little slow and internet only through our cell carrier was VERY spotty. We have T-mobile and the best spots were the beach itself and the bathrooms in the unit! 2) the bed was very uncomfortable. It didn't have enough support. 3) Tidewater itself is quite large and although there are 7 elevators, 1 was out of order and you could wait quite a while to be able to get onto the other elevators. For future guests, your best bets are elevators 4, 5, and 6, which are right next to each other. "
