Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

overall great, few mior things. floors could be better mopped/cleaned. Msaster king bed is hard and not most comfortable. the Queen could be a king for a nice touch supporting two families. Ocerall everything as expected from reviews and what was listed. Great location and house!"

"Great Layout
The location is a short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owner is quick to respond and amenities are great. A bit of the bummer that the pool is an extra charge to be heated ($50 for set up and an additional 50 per day used). However, love the hot tub and the layout of the house is awesome. Lots of room and places to hang out. The only issue we had was that the beds were uncomfortable."

"Great Stay!
The property is in an excellent location with relatively easy bike rides to the sea pines beach, harbortown and south beach. The house layout allows everyone in your party to have his/her own space, which was very important to us. The kitchen could use some more basic essentials, such as a non-stick pan and some better utensils. We did have issues with the pool heat and hot tub maintenance which were both addressed immediately by the property manager. Overall a great stay!"
