This remodeled villa exudes a modern, airy ambiance. Set beneath a lofty ceiling, the main floor boasts a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting dining area. Step outside to a tranquil patio, perfect for relaxation. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and private access to the serene back patio. As well, the spacious 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed, a large closet, and direct access to bathroom. Upstairs, includes Two Twin beds and a large desk, ideal for work. If you want to cook, there is a large kitchen, outside, grill and 6 person dining room table. Located in Palmetto Dunes, this villa offers easy access to the beach, as well as pickleball, tennis, golf, and kayaking. Plus, four adult bicycles are provided, making it even easier to explore the area. Pack your bags and head to a little piece of paradise here on Hilton Head Island. Kick back and relax with all the area has to offer. • Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee. • 1 Car Pass for Palmetto Dunes is included with your stay. Additional passes may be purchased from Island Rentals prior to arrival. There is a limit of 2 car passes allowed at a time.

Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Great amount of space for our family of four and dog and the provided beach chairs and bikes were very much appreciated. The villa doesn’t get a lot of natural sunlight. Additional lamps in all the rooms would help and possibly window treatments that allow daylight in from the entire sliding glass doors and windows would be great. The upstairs bedroom should be advertised as a bonus room upstairs with no closet, no windows and no access to a bathroom upstairs (it also is cooled and heated by the downstairs HVAC unit). For convenience, it would be nice to have 2 parking permits in the villa before arrival or mailed to renters versus having to go to office to pick them up.
