This bright and beautiful home is centrally located in the Lawton Woods section of Sea Pines. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, all recently remodeled and updated. This home allows quick access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines while still providing privacy and serenity for a relaxing stay. You'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Centrally located with easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines beach club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island is not much more than a bike ride away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music.
Newly Renovated Sea Pines Beach Club is only minutes away. Everything you need for a fun filled day in one place, food, refreshments and activities for the entire family. Please note: From March thru September, guests must take the free beach shuttle to the beach club. No parking at the beach club is allowed. A shuttle map and guide is included in your welcome folder.
This home is pet friendly, up to 2 dogs permitted with additonal pet fee.
* Please note. This home only has space for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking anywhere besides the driveway is not permitted and vehicles will be fined by the community. Additional vehicles may park at the overflow lot in Sea Pines as long as a valid car pass is purchased.

Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

"Perfect Sea Pines Location! Great House!
This cozy and thoughtfully furnished Lawton Woods rental was the perfect home-away-from-home for a memorable family getaway! Excellent quiet location inside Sea Pines- we rode bikes just about everywhere (Beach, Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, Sea Pines Center, etc). Although the house is not located directly on the beach, it’s a short distance. We enjoyed being able to take walks to the beach in the mornings and rode bikes in the afternoon with our beach stuff.
The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, the living area was too (great couch). We were also pleased to find a selection of board games and books, which were a nice touch. The kids loved hanging out in the bonus room and it gave us adults a chance to unwind a little on our own in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus and had everything we needed to prepare meals, from basic utensils to high-quality appliances. The owners also included beach chairs and adult bikes that we gladly used and then rented smaller ones for the kids.
The management team was responsive and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. We felt well taken care of, no issues.
This rental was perfect for a family vacation, it provided us with everything we needed, and is worth considering! We would definitely stay here again!

"Good location, average property
Updated, contemporary coastal furnishings, clean and well stocked with bath towels and kitchen supplies. Central location in Sea Pines, close to the Lawton Stables. Since it is an older home it is kind of rough around the edges, especially in the kitchen, but functional. The rooms are small, so having 10 can be tight (table only has 8 chairs). If you are looking for a basic beach rental, this is fine. If you are looking for upscale and luxury, I would not recommend it. Washer and dryer are small, can only hold 2 pair of adult jeans, basically, so if you anticipate doing a lot of laundry (with kids), that is something to think about. Main concern, however, if there are small children, is the utility/mechanical area right off the kitchen, which does not have a door and has paint cans stacked right next to the water heater. The air handler/furnace is also exposed, with all kinds of other things stacked right next to it. This area NEEDS to be cleaned out and a door installed (clearly there once was). It was not a childproof situation, and the paint cans next to the water heater are a huge concern. They should be out in the detached garage. There is also a loose outlet in the living area. As a pet-friendly VRBO, this place served its purpose for our temporary needs, but I would not rent it again."

Limited space, bathrooms without grab bars or tub mats, no cabinet room in the kitchen for groceries, kitchen drawers crammed with utensils, no instructions on how to run dishwasher and clothes washer & dryer were the source of dissatisfaction. Also, house was hard to find amid Lawton Drive, Lawton Woods, and tucked away was Lawton Road. Good TV program packages. Needs updating."

House was just as described. Very clean and with a lot of amenities nearby such as beach and pool access. Driveway needs some work as there is loose chunks of concrete that would pose tripping hazards. Other than that wonderful place to stay."
