"Good location but hot upstairs
The villa was in a convenient spot in Sea Pines. We were close to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center. My kids loved riding the bikes all over. The villa had a good layout and space for all eight of us. The only negative was that the upstairs got really hot and never really cooled down with the ac on. The two bedrooms on the second level were ok with fans. The third level with the twins were hot. The owners obviously know this because there were box fans everywhere. For this reason , I would not rent this villa again. "

"Memorial Day week in HHI
This rental was great. Perfect location go bike or walk to Harbor town. 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The condo is super quiet and it was the perfect week to relax. The townhouse was very spacious - for our family of 6. The upstairs rooms do get very warm, even with the fan, like we saw on some other review. The king size beds are heaven! So comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great Location
We were down for with family and Heritage on the weekend. Condo is in a great location to walk around or bike. Spacious with young kids which is nice and easy walking stairs for my in-laws. Only negative is if you’re at the top level sleeping it gets hot. We never found a thermostat so assuming it was just the one on the bottom. Other than that it’s a great place."

"A Very Nice Vacation!
We love staying in Sea Pines. Renting from Island Rentals was a pleasure. Once we arrived, calls made for various minor needs were handled immediately. The Keurig coffee machine, listed as an amenity, was not there. Within an hour or so it was delivered! We were able to check-in in early.
Heritage Villas in Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great. Easy bike ride to beach and Harbourtown. The villa layouts are really nice, with outdoor seating overlooking lagoons and/or golf course holes. A big pool with lots of lounge chairs is also a plus.
This unit, 2233, was lovely - clean and well-maintained -comfy furniture, nice decor, easy access, bikes and grill provided. The only missing was pots - one soup pot and one very small pot. It has lots of fry pans though! Plenty of dishes and silverware too!"

The villa’s location is great, convenient to Harbourtown and an easy bike ride to beach. Very quiet and having bikes and new beach chairs included was great. However, the villa needs a lot of updating and a thorough cleaning. "

My husband, Labrador and I had a great time at 2233 Heritage. The villa is very comfortable with quality furnishings. It’s a quiet location and a quick walk to Harbortown and Sea Pines Shops.we would definitely stay here again."
