My kids loved riding the bikes all over. The villa had a good layout and space for all eight of us. The only negative was that the upstairs got really hot and never really cooled down with the ac on. The two bedrooms on the second level were ok with fans. The third level with the twins were hot. The owners obviously know this because there were box fans everywhere. Once we arrived, calls made for various minor needs were handled immediately. The Keurig coffee machine, listed as an amenity, was not there. Within an hour or so it was delivered! We were able to check-in in early. Heritage Villas in Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great. Easy bike ride to beach and Harbourtown. The villa layouts are really nice, with outdoor seating overlooking lagoons and/or golf course holes. A big pool with lots of lounge chairs is also a plus. This unit, 2233, was lovely - clean and well-maintained -comfy furniture, nice decor, easy access, bikes and grill provided. The only missing was pots - one soup pot and one very small pot.
