It was equipped with everything needed in a home and for the beach. We didn't need to buy beach chairs or bring our bikes. They were all conveniently provided. EXCELLENT stay! It would have been nice to have had another option for a table. The kitchen has minimal outfitting- no salt & pepper; no saran wrap or aluminum foil. The decor is very very dated- beach decor which did not fit the tiny bare existence apartment. Property management was quick to respond to any inquiries and the nicest thing was they allowed late check out for us since we had a late flight and no rental car (we were beyond grateful for this!) We did end up renting a beach umbrella and had to buy our own beach towels to use for the week. Those are two things that would be nice to have at the condo but it had everything else we needed. Parking was limited because places were not assigned by unit as in many places. This became problematic especially when moving in and out. Of course, by renting long-term I was bringing more than someone staying a few days or week. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower area. Everyone needs those when stepping over the side of a tub for safety. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking, a glass-top stove which delighted me,a brand new refrigerator and flooring throughout the unit. Also needed for longer stays, a mop and bucket and a dust mop is nice for all hard surface floors. This is a very comfortable unit. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the stairs up to second floor. Beautifully furnished with attractive decor. Beach access was convenient, however, the bathrooms were under construction during our stay. The condo itself was nice but definitely smelled like old cigarettes and I’m not sure the “cleaning” crew actually did any cleaning. There was blood on the shower curtain, black hair in the bathroom floor, carpets had to be vacuumed, and smudged handprints all over the sliding glass door to name a few items.
