Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for comfort and connection, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living area with natural light and showcase the tranquil lagoon views. "Top notch vacation!
The home was very nice, so spacious and immaculate! The screened in porch was so enjoyable,a nice quiet retreat. The beach was just a short walk across the street and having chairs and toys available to us was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the bikes that were left for us to use, we rode everywhere!! Our favorite restaurant was One Hot Mama's. If you are looking for a great vacation I can not recommend this home enough, 5 stars. We had an issue with the pool and management was on it instantly!! Miss Hilton Head already and can't wait to go back��"

"March snowbird stay
We just completed a 30 day stay during March of 2026. We really enjoyed the property and amenities, as well as the Palmetto Dunes location. The property description was accurate, it resembles the listing photos and was clean and well maintained except as noted below.
What we liked most (in no particular order): spacious villa provided us with plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, 2 porches (one screened-in), 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bath, 2 bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Beautiful lagoon views throughout, easy beach access, 4 coaster bikes and beach chairs were included with the rental (but no beach towels). There is a large 2nd floor loft area with 2 sleeper sofas. AC and heat work great. Plenty of storage space for a month stay. Docks nearby for fishing or kayak launch. Super- easy check in process. Management company responded promptly and professionally when we contacted them.
What we liked least (in no particular order): some of the beds, bed pillows and living room furniture were just ok in terms of comfort/wear, and some of the porch furniture should be replaced. The cable and/or wifi went out a few times during our stay. There are no window coverings in rooms that receive direct sun, such as the LR/DR-this is probably even more of an issue in summer than it was in March (note-all bedrooms/bathrooms do have window coverings). The carpets in the unit are worn and seemed dirty (especially the stairs to the second floor-had ground-in dirty footprints), kitchen floor needs attention-visibly sagging in front of sink area. No assigned parking spots or covered parking. The exterior of the buildings in Huntington are showing their age, but we could see this starting to be addressed by whomever is responsible for maintaining them.
All in all we really enjoyed our time at this property. The tranquil lagoon setting and proximity to the beach were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again if the maintenance issues could be addressed."

"5 week rental
WE had a great 5 week stay at this villa. Upon arrival it was immaculately clean. The villa has gorgeous views of the lagoon from all rooms, is beautifully decorated and has large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was great. A few minor issues were dealt with immediately by the property manager. They were very helpful and responsive. it was so peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa!"
