The unit is located next door to the Beach House Hotel which is home of the world famous "Tiki Hut" oceanfront bar. Ocean One is also within walking distance to Coligny Plaza that offers numerous, shops, restaurants as well as a grocery store (Piggly Wiggly). Also nearby is the Lowcountry Celebration Park that includes a playground for small children. Ocean One has 2 elevators and luggage carts are available to make it easy for guests to move in and out. Two parking passes are available per unit. Ocean One is a great place to vacation and now with the recent renovations that include the ability to heat the pool during the off season (March, April, October & November) - you can enjoy an island retreat any time of the year.
