Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.

"Great location
Very nicely updated condo in a great location! Right on the beach. Clean, nicely decorated and perfect amenities for our family of 4! Loved that bikes are included in the rental as well! "

"Nice end of summer escape
The unit was nice .... it was clean ..... you get a small view of the ocean looking towards the right. The grounds were kept up very nice. Only BIG complaint was every morning at 8AM the blower would start up and last until about 9AM. Just the wrong time to do this ... I wanted to sit on the deck and have my coffee ... never could with constant loud noise. Not fault of the owner, just bad decision by the HOA board to do so early bothering all folks there daily. Had to sit inside until after 9AM.
I think it's time for the carpeting to be changed, near the end of its life, pretty dirty from normal rental use.
Overall, a great time. Bikes were a good plus too."
