The villa also includes a washer and dryer, along with provided bed linens and bath towels for a hassle-free stay. To make your vacation even easier, this home comes stocked with four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs, giving you everything you need to head to the beach or explore the island’s many scenic trails. A community pool is conveniently located just a short walk behind the building.

Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

"A wonderful vacation rental!
We really enjoyed staying here at Queens Grant. The location was perfect and having access to bikes and beach chairs was a bonus. We had a little issue with the washer and dryer but after contacting the property manager, they sent a repair person out the next morning and all was repaired. We will definitely stay here in the future! Wonderful location to the beach and shopping."
