Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.

"Great Stay
Nice large condo that is beautifully decorated. Washer was broken when we arrived (why didn’t cleaning staff report?) so we went several days without washing while technician came then it was ultimately replaced. Annoying way to start a vacation. There is an infestation of carpet beetles in living room so if you sat on couch you’d have the tiny black beetles all on you. I didn’t report while we stayed because we didn’t want pesticide spray due to our dog. I did call to report when we left and again, how did previous renters not report this? Otherwise a fantastic stay. Great, quiet community with a short walk to beach. "

"Winter Escape
We stayed for 5 weeks. Overall the place was perfect for us. Fully stocked kitchen. The furniture could be updated in the main living room. Couches were very comfortable though. Kitchen could use a little work to make it more modern but everything was functional. Bathrooms have been updated so they were nice. Location was good for us. Overall a great stay. "
