Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Visitor Reviews (2) Write a Review! "Hilton Head Vacation The house is really cute, well maintained, and in a good location about a 10 minute walk from the beach. I stayed with my two girls and it was perfect for us but could feel a little cramped with more people. The directions to the beach are a little confusing but we just stopped and asked along the way and it was fine. When carrying beach stuff in the heat it seems a lot longer especially with kids. There was a cart provided that helped and the beach chairs were nice. The house is the same walking distance to the nearest public restroom. The pool was really nice and my kids enjoyed it a lot. We were there unfortunately with the shark issues so the pool was used a lot more. The only thing I would say to improve on is that the master bedroom window needs a curtain or shade that prevents the outside from viewing in and at least shades some of the morning sun which woke me a lot earlier than I’d like. The smaller bedroom did have a shade which was nice. Also we couldn’t tell which bikes were for the unit as the directions just said outside the door, but those bikes has a lock on them and the other ones we saw didn’t have the unit number on them. This really wasn’t a big deal as I would have needed to rent another bike anyways. Next time we would use them as it is a nice biking community. I also think better instructions/directions would be nice to include. Overall, it’s a really nice little place. Cute and well maintained. It was a girls trip for me and my daughters and it was perfect for us! " Jul 10, 2025 - , Jackson, WI "21 Forest Gardens The location was excellent. The rental had everything we needed. We were close to the beach and appreciated the beach chairs and bikes. The pool was nice. Our reason for the low rating was that the unit had a horrible smell flowing through the unit. It hits you when you walk in. We arrived late on the weekend so there was only an emergency number to call. We lit a candle and decided to stick it out. After the second day I could not use my CPAP. When we returned home all clothes had to be washed. I had to replace all my CPAP hoses at my own expense I called the rental company as was told to call back 2 days in a row so I e-mailed. The customer service people gave me a hard time for not calling during the week. I e-mailed twice to tell them about the smell. We travel often and rarely give negative reviews.
