Straight ahead, the main living area offers a cozy retreat with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Behind it, is the first porch which is half screened-in and half open. On the open side of the porch is the grill area, and on the screened-in side, has comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy the tranquil greenery view.

The fully equipped kitchen, located just off the main living room, boasts ample counter space, an island with seating for three, and a kitchen table with two chairs and a bench—ideal for casual breakfasts or coffee chats. With direct access to the screened porch, you can easily take your meals outdoors to enjoy the coastal breeze.

Also on the main level, the first bedroom features a king bed, a TV, a built-in closet with an armoire, and private access to the screened porch, creating a serene retreat.

A hallway to the right of the dining room leads to a full bathroom, a laundry room, and the home’s elevator, which provides easy access from the garage to the second floor. The garage offers parking for two vehicles and a convenient entryway to the backyard, where an additional washer and dryer are available for beach and pool towels.

Accessible via the elevator or staircase, the second floor opens to a second living area with cozy seating and access to a private balcony overlooking the backyard.

To the left of the stairs, a second laundry room provides added convenience.

At the end of the hallway to the left of the second living area, Bedroom 2 offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 is located off the left of the living area, and is the primary suite, it boasts tranquil views of the backyard greenery, a king bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. This beautifully designed bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a standalone soaking tub, and a separate toilet area for added privacy, along with a large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4 is off to the right of the second living area and has a king bed, a TV, as well as a small desk, creating the perfect work from home spot. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet.
