"Beautiful home in Sea Pines with great location and pool This home is very nicely updated with plenty of room to spread out with 3 very nice bedrooms and a great screened in pool. It doesn’t look like it from the outside but when you step in the house it is huge! The decor is beach themed and so cute! I cannot say enough great things about this house. The pool was clean and my kids loved that it had a shallow and deep end. The kitchen was open and easy for a few of us to cook in together. Only advice is pick up the parking pass before going to the house (we did not and paid an additional $20 for the week), bring your own pillows as the ones at the property are flat and not comfortable, bring your own spices and laundry detergent as there aren’t any there. This was our first trip to Hilton head and would stay at this house every time. Thank you so much for the hospitality!" Not sure about the twins in the small bedroom. The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was screened in. We were unsure about what it would be like. We used the grill once and it was nice. We loved the location of the rental. It was very close to Harbor Town; we could walk, bike, or drive. We went there daily. The beach was a bit far, but taking the trolley was the way to do it! So convenient. We loved having the bikes included with the rental. Our only disappointment was that there was no recycling. Is this new for the island, the area, or the rental company? It’s a shame. The home was impeccably clean and ready for occupancy upon my arrival. Getting my Sea Pines car pass and gaining entry to the house could not have been easier. My wife and I had two small mini-daschunds with us who also loved the place. The house is very close to Harbour Town and all the facilities of Sea Pines like the beach club, the nature preserve, the miles of bike paths and the golf courses. The home has been completely updated with a great, well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 3-1/2 baths. The pool, with screened-in lanai, was terrific. The use of 4 bikes was also a nice amenity. The property management company was the best I have ever encountered in all of my previous rentals, and I have rented many homes in the past. The home is in a good location with a spacious layout and the pool was great! However, the house certainly was not “meticulously cleaned” as advertised. There was food splatter running down most cabinets, refrigerator was left dirty, and the floors needed better swept and mopped. In addition, the kitchen table needed a good cleaning, the fireplace leaked during heavy rains, and there was flooding around the house due to the flower beds not being pitched right to keep water away from the foundation and walkways. Each time it rained, mud would cover the walkway to front door. Lack of gutters created a waterfall effect at front doors soaking all those about to enter. The grill looked nice, but was an absolute mess on the inside from previous renters and unusable. The master shower pressure was unbearable- my child started to scream, and refused to go back into the “prickly” shower; faucet didn’t work in one bathroom; plumbing seems outdated; sliding doors were very difficult to open and close (leaving us to get up and open the door every time a child needed to come in or out).
