Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.

"Condo needs a deep clean... And some welcome coffee would be nice
Although it was terrific to work with Island vacation rentals, the condo itself needs a deep clean and maintenance. I actually bought carpet cleaner and cleaned some of the worst spots since I was going to be there for over 2 weeks. I sent a list of other items to management, hopefully they will take care of things before the next renter. In addition, there was nothing in the kitchen. No salt and pepper no welcome coffee absolutely nothing which was rare for me and I spend a lot of time in VRBOs."

"2382 vacation rental
This was the 2nd year in a row we rented this unit and was going to rent it again for next year but it was rented. Real sunny the way it’s position. The company maintains people were real easy to work with. Now the sliding door panel had moisture between the glass and looked aweful, the furnace filter was laying on the side of the futnace not in the slot,the two closet doors as your coming in the front door the back of them had dust collection which was also there the year before, the bedroom carpet and couch needs to be cleaned we brought a covering for the couch, and one more thing the tennis court off the parking lot is having lessons daily not a big deal but they park in car spaces meant for the renters during the day it’s hard to find a place to park, none of these things are a real big issue but maybe should be addressed, like I said we were going to rent it again but the one week was rented for next year"

"Great Location
First the positives...the rental agency was very easy to work with and prompt when addressing any questions or issues. The rental has a nice bedroom and bathroom with plenty of closet space and open space. The deck is awesome, sunny in the mornings and shady in the evenings, with no dirty leaves dropping on it like some in the area. The downsides to this rental are not huge negatives, but could be something that are remedied. The large window on the left side of the sliding doors to the deck has lost its seal, so there is a large blemish when looking out the window. The screens covering the windows also are a little damaged, so if you are trying to cover the blemished window, the screen is also not great to look at. The furnishings are sparse, which you can see by the photos. Not terribly comfortable in the living area. The hope is always that you will be outside more than inside but with a few cold and rainy days in March, we did need to use the living room more. The blinds in the bedroom were also broken, so we needed to keep them closed for our stay. The carpets and slipcovers could be cleaned or refreshed, but I do understand that this is a dog-friendly property so some wear and tear is expected."

"Perfect Location
The rental process was super easy and the office incredibly responsive. I highly recommended the reality Company and the condo. It was perfect for the 2 of us with lots of crazy birds and turtles to look at off of the balcony. "

"Lighthouse Condo
Very solid. Unit was clean and in good condition. Centrally located on the island.
One negative comment: the pillows definitely need to be upgraded and the mattress was very uncomfortable.
However, I understand it is a high volume rental so durability is difficult to manage. "

Location was perfect! Easy bike ride to all parts of Sea Pines. Great communication with rental property when needed that allowed easy check-in and check-out. Would definitly stay again. "

The property was everything that we had hoped for. The location was perfect. The beach chairs were brand new and the bikes in excellent condition.
The grounds were maintained beautifully!

"Clean but not my Favorite
Overall the place was clean and up to date in decor.
Pros:
Good Location
Layout was good for family of 4 with pull out sofa
Large Shower
Cons:
Faucet Handle broke
The shower head worked but not the sprayer on it
Bed was extremely firm temperpedic, if that’s your thing, great, but we woke up with aches from it.
Again, it was clean and did the job for a weekend but I wouldn’t have chosen this location again for my longer summer stays. "
