Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.

Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

"Comfortable Beachy House
We enjoyed staying at this sweet spot which is just steps from the beach, new pool and the Salty Dog. We had a tennis tournament and did not have to drive much, PB is right over there too. Sea breezes keep it cool. The house had plenty of room and was well kept. Would rent this again. Everything was easy."

"A short walk to the beach
Plenty of room for a family of 8. Kitchen has everything that you need. I really appreciated the large box of Saran Wrap and other condiments that are used often. A short walk to pickleball, tennis and the Salty Dog Cafe and shops. Pool close by. Beds were comfortable! Large kitchen table to eat at and play games. Cozy living room with a huge television. "

"Great Location for lasting memories
We loved the location of the house and it was very well stocked and clean. Weather was beautiful and the location was in walking distance to Salty Dog and we could walk to the beach within minutes. The only drawback was that both the pool at the complex and at Salty Dog was closed for renovations and we would have had to drive and pay to use another pool. Hopefully it will not be closed for long but I think for future families a disclosure would be helpful if it will be closed for a longer period. "

"Great Vacation Rental
We had a great time at this villa! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was well stocked and the location is great. You’re a two minute walk from the beach and the Salty Dog - can’t be beat! If you’re a person who sleeps with a fan, though, bring your own. There are no ceiling fans or box fans available. It definitely wouldn’t keep me from renting again, though! We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back!"

"Pleasant Stay at Sea Pines
We had a very relaxing stay at the Beach Villa. The condo was spacious and clean. We kitchen had all the essentials we needed for the week. We enjoyed the short walk to the marina and beach. Our kids enjoyed riding the bikes around sea pines. See dolphins every day was a surprise!"

"Charming visit
My college girlfriends and I met together for a long weekend. The condo was immaculately clean and organized. Everything we needed was there. We loved having access to the bikes and going on bike rides. It was a very easy walk to the beach and to salty dogs. We are super excited about renting this place again."

The location was perfect! It was such a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the salty dog cafe and cute little shops. We only used our car once the whole weekend because of this! Would absolutely come back bc of this. The rental was overall pretty clean. "

"Sea Pines Family Fun
We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean, nothing overly fancy, but we had everything we needed. We were a family of 10. Being able to walk out the back door to the beach was wonderful. The stretch of beach this condo is on was amazing. We also really appreciated the bikes and spent alot of time biking the beautiful trails in Sea Pines. We did use the pull out bed and didn't find sheets when we arrived. We called and they immediately brought them over while we went to get dinner. They brought an extra set the next day too. Being able to walk across the parking lot to Salty Dog was great for food a couple nights and ice cream a few others. We would stay here again! "

"Great location!
We had a great time during our stay! It really is a perfect location, it was about a 5 min walk to both the beach and the pool, and to the Salty Dog Cafe and shops. The beach was beautiful and we were able to watch some beautiful sunsets from there. The house was very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the free bikes and beach chairs! One of the bedrooms was very small and had no windows, it almost seemed like maybe it used to be a closet but it was fine. There were a few small housekeeping/maintenance issues but when I called the property managers they took care of it pretty quickly. "
