If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. We appreciated that the owner furnished it and decorated it so nicely. The kitchen was well appointed with good appliances. The views from every room are beautiful! Deer in the courtyard regularly; pelicans and cardinals visiting periodically; nice trees and landscaping; and the ocean view is fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. We really liked the complex. The beach is a very easy, short walk. Island Time was great - easy to work with, and they checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Information was provided clearly and timely.
