Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. Family had a wonderful time. Walking distance to a nice pool. Pool was warm but probably because it was so hot outside. Golf carts provided was great. Was able to not get in our vehicles while on vacation. Condition of house needs some attention."

"THE BEST
We have stayed at several places in the SanDestin Resort and this was the absolute best. The two golf carts were an excellent option for our group. The layout of the house was perfect so that everyone had their privacy. The only suggestion I would have is that they include some of the amenity cards that our friends received with their rental a few houses down from us. "

Amazing location, so close to the main pool! We have stayed several times in Sandestin and this was the best location, super quiet neighborhood! Beautiful house with amazing decks down and upstairs. Only negatives would be very poor plumbing and not super comfy beds/linens! Super friendly staff and had issue with propane that was taken care of within 15 minutes."
