No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check in.
The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

The views are great especially from the roof. The furnishings are new and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the starter stuff. The only thing I would change is in the master bath the door to the shower and toilet is nothing but in the way. Space is a bit tight there but that was only a few minutes of a otherwise wonderful day. The beds were very comfortable. Parking is a little tight. We had no trouble but a large vehicle might.
