Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.

"Nice place
Beautiful place. We were able to check in early after calling the company 3x. Finally we were told just go inside and see if it’s clean. If it’s not then call us. It was clean so we didn’t call back about this.
Called the second day we were there to see where the bbq pit was (listing said it had one) the lady said she would call us back. 3 hours later no call back. Called again and she said she wasn’t familiar with the rental and someone else would reach out. No one ever did.
We are a Hispanic family and we were never comfortable at the pool due to the residents at the 3 story house next to it. They made it seem like they owned the pool and there was like 20 of them in that tiny pool. They made racial remarks about us and our children the whole time we were there.
For the amount of houses I would say the pool is way too small.
Golf carts are not allowed due to being on the other side of the highway. Huge bummer but it doesn’t say that on the listing.
Over all the house is gorgeous and was equipped with everything besides a bbq pit. "

"Amazing Place to Stay!
We loved the house! The decor was beach’s and fun! The floor plan worked perfect for our young family of 5, and they had games and puzzles the kids enjoyed during naptime for our little one. They had a few beach items we used as well, like a body board. "

"Nice little house!
It was just me and my husband and our 2 small dogs. Very lovely and clean house with comfy beds. Decorated nicely with lots of amenities inside. The living rm sofa was narrow and kinda small, although the rocker chairs were nice and comfortable. Cable TV is part of the living room, but not the bedrooms - they just have Roku. There is no beach view, as this property sits in a warehouse kind of area off Hwy 361, along with a few other vacay properties. There are 2 Adirondack chairs outside the front door to sit but there are no views - just the next home's wall. Although it is a pet-friendly house, the small side and back yards are covered in white rocks, so nowhere for your dogs to do their business. Must take them across the street. It would be nice to have a grass and gated area for them.
Although the Kitchen Sink and Bathtubs had hot, well-flowing water, the bathroom sinks did not! We were told that the water just needs to run a bit to get hot. We let it run for 15 minutes, and it never got more than tepid, not to mention the stream of water coming out was so thin, I had to wash my face at the kitchen sink. We did report this problem to management, and they had a plumber come the same day. Problem was not resolved.
We are pool people, and the community pool and area are quite small for the amount of people that use it. We didn't go for a couple of days due to the large amount of people there. The pool cleaner comes regularly and does a great job keeping it clean.
Although there is a garage attached to the home, it is kept locked by the owner and you have to park in the driveway. "
