On the second floor you'll find two bedrooms. One is a full over full bunk and the other room has a king bed. Both with an adjoining bath. Primary bedroom and bath located on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking the marina. The third floor features the living, kitchen, and dining areas with enough seating for eight people to dine comfortably or watch television. Marina and gulf-side balconies on the third floor. Sorry, no pets allowed. Grill your fresh caught fish on the rooftop grill while you watch the big ships pass by in Corpus Christi Ship Channel and reveling in the sunset skyline views too. Plenty of seating on the roof for an amazing outdoor living space. Cool off in the spacious community pool. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, ensuite bath (on second floor) - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, ensuite bath (on first floor) - Bedroom 3: Full over Full bunk bed, TV (on second floor) AMENITIES - 3 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath - BBQ grill on the roof - Outdoor seating - Elevator to all floors - Ice Maker - Laundry closet ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. - The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required - Please note there is a long-term tenant occupying the garage apartment on the property. - We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
