- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

"Cute, convenient, but needs a clean
This was a cute, small cottage in a great walkable area in Port A. It was a quick trip down to the beach by golf cart or car and was a good size for a small family. It needed a deep clean and a few replacement items like the kitchen trash can and a new shower liner, but overall, it was suitable for a getaway weekend. The door was stuck due to the humidity and the after hours check-in line was quick to respond. Overall, they had good customer service and would use this company again. "

"Perfect location. Loved the decor.
This property totally has the beach vibes. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to make dinner, in case you don't want to be on a waiting list for an hour. Very comfortable. Very clean. Walking distance to the shops. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for getting to the beach. We'd visited Port A before and stayed really close to the beach, but I hated carrying all my beach stuff there and back. I didn't have to do that this time since we had the golf cart. Save money by renting this cute little cottage and renting a golf cart for the beach. "

"Good Location
Very easy check in process using the online site. Good location within walking distance of the beach, restaurant and bars. Cottage was in good condition with the exception of several cockroach sightings although that is probably hard to avoid given the area. Only real concern were the beds which were very uncomfortable and horribly squeaky. Every time my wife or I moved it woke the other one up. We had one maintenance issue with the televisions which they jumped on right away and fixed quickly. The maintenance worker was very professional and polite! If the beds were replaced I would stay here again."

"Great Location
Pleasant little condo. In great need of serious deep clean. Sofa had a nasty smell and was stained. Please replace the microwave, the back is rusted through. Not that it mattered a great deal - but the flooring was terribly uneven, like walking through a "fun house". The entry door was difficult to open, not a keypad problem. It often took us 6-7 tries just to get into the condo. Understand humidity and swelling, but this was a real inconvenience. Saw one roach, but this is TX. The A/C worked great."

"Weekend Stay
The property is exactly how it shows, but we did encounter a few issues. Our checkin process was a bit of a mess, one of the beds had tons of sand on it, property had a moldy smell, and for some reason there were gnats coming out of the bathroom sink drain. I tried several times calling the number I was provided, but I could never get anyone to answer. "

"July 4th stay
My stay was nice, the space was just right and There were enough towels in the room which was good. The biggest headache, every time we cooked the fire alarm would go off due to no ventilation. I didn’t realize there was no pool so that was a disappointment. Other than that my stay was good."

This little cabin was perfect for my aunt and me. Two seniors that felt secure and had plenty of space. We cooked our fresh seafood and enjoyed it with drinks. Perfect!!"

"Spring Break Visit
We had a great stay at Summer Spritz. The location is great and so close to everything. The decor was beautiful and perfect for a beach vacation. We loved the side deck and relaxed outside each evening. The home was perfect for our family of 4. As usual Port A Escapes was amazing!"

"Back to our favorite place to vacation after the storm
Loved everything about this cottage , location,cleanliness,amenities and ease to navigate around town. Was also surprised at how much work had been done in about a year from the storm. The only thing that was annoying was the mattress it was that old style bed frame that made terrible noise getting in and out of bed "

"Cute Cabin, Very Clean, Great location
We LOVED staying at the All Seasons Condo Unit E. The decor was adorable and was the perfect size for our family of 4. We enjoyed the location - walking distance to the beach and the main street with restaurants & coffee bar. The cabin was very clean! My only recommendation would be to have a place to hang wet/sandy swimsuits/towels and also to have portable fans for the bedrooms. Picking up and dropping off the keys was very easy and convenient."

"Cute Beach Cottage
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. There were 4 of us, so 2 to a room. The location is great, we were able to walk to both the beach and bars/restaurants. Although, a golf cart would have been a nice addition to the trip. Decor is adorable and the beds were comfy! If you plan on cooking, be sure to bring your own spices and oil. "

"Cute Cottage!!
Very cute cottage!! It was perfect for what we needed! I hosted my mother and her bridesmaids on her big day. The dining table was the perfect place for us to gather while getting our hair and makeup done! Super clean! The only downfall is the parking, limited spaces. I would totally stay here again!! "

"Cozy cottage
This is the third time we have stayed in this complex. While each one is separately owned most have the same look and feel inside. We really like them for 3-4 day beach getaways and the location is awesome. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend to any of our friends. "

"Whooping Crane get-a-way
Very nice, clean, comfortable cottage. Decor was very pretty. Everything was just as advertised. Well managed. We would stay here again and would recomend to others. We visited Port Aransas for the Whooping Crane Festival and really enjoyed the tours we took to see the wildlife. We dined at Kody's, Moby Dicks, and Spaghetti Works. All were good but we liked Kody's the best. Gave 4 stars for condition because the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet and it tipped whenever the the racks were rolled out for loading/unloading."

"July 2017 Port A Vacation
If you care about quality, I DO NOT recommend this place. Gross, stained, body prints and long hair in our bed!! This cottage is adorable, but very poor quality! Uneven floors, none of the doors are square, have an awful groan each time you open and close them. That was extremely annoying! NO space in the bathroom. Difficult getting ready in the mornings. Beds are TERRIBLE!
Perfect location, easy to everything. Nicely decorated, like a little beach cottage. A/C works well. Fairly quite. Nice shower. We love Port A but will NOT stay here again. "

"Summer Spritz
Cozy little home with 2 small bedrooms, a living/kitchen area. Very clean and nice place to stay in. Only thing that was lacking was a washer and dryer to make the trip easy going. Recommend for a small family, nothing too big as it is fairly small area. "
