The home is set in a quiet neighborhood with mostly full time tenants. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. No Pets. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video cameras. This property includes accidental damage protection covers up to $1500. Word permit #L1364.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
