CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Wonderful Home in Bodega Bay
This is a beautiful, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood in Bodega Bay. There was plenty of room for us to relax with comfy furniture. The beds were comfortable also, with spacious closets. It was windy while we were there, so we were chilled in the evening and enjoyed the fireplace. Since it was so windy, we didn't get to use the patio space but it was very enticing. Good instructions on what we needed to do in the house. Good communication and easy check-in and out. They only cons, as I think were mentioned in other reviews were there were no coffee filters. It has a beautiful kitchen, but only 2 fish towels to use. It is a beautiful house and a lovely area. Definitely recommend for your stay in Bodega Bay area."
