CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Beautiful views, not exactly as described
Outstanding views and easy access to gorgeous Doran beach from this home. Very little privacy due to lack of trees and proximity to neighbors, I would not pick as a honeymoon destination. The home was mostly adequately set up for our family of five, but not as described in the rental listing. There is no king bed in the loft, which we were counting on a part of our sleeping arrangements. There is a twin trundle bed in the loft which could be converted to a king I suppose, but the home does not provide a king bed converter, nor any extra king size bedding for use. The kitchen is very pretty, but we found it lacking in some basic supplies (like salt and pepper) that made any sort of complicated cooking challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would choose a different home for our family the next time we are in the area for these reasons."

"Lovely Getaway
There were four of us staying at SeaCasa and we thoroughly enjoyed this rental. The location was great, views were beautiful, and the space was perfect for our group. We loved the deck, fire table and hot tub. Furniture was comfy, kitchen stocked with all the cooking items/utensils we needed. The only comment a couple of the "cooks" in our group had was that the kitchen could use a little more lighting. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent near-home escape
We live in the center of Silicon Valley. This home is a lovely near-by escape with comfortable accommodations. We are only two people, so the place was very spacious. We enjoyed the hot-tub after long hikes. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for those of us who do our own cooking because of dietary restrictions. My suggestions for the owner/manager is to buy a new mattress for the master bedroom (scooching towards the center helps for now). The master bedroom is in need of a shade or other window covering for one upper level window. The morning sun will wake you up (this was in the autumn). "

"Short walk to the beach trail - loved the deck!
Beautiful deck and gorgeous view from the deck. We really enjoyed the little gas fire-pit on the deck, it was just enough to take the chill off even though we had great weather. The umbrella was nice on the deck as well, it did get a little hot and sunny at one point too, so both things made the deck really enjoyable - the three of us spent a lot of time there and the furniture was comfy too. The kitchen was well stocked and open to the family room. One thing you should know is the bedroom situation is a little unusual, although it worked for the three of us perfectly. The master bedroom with a very comfortable king bed, glass door to the deck, and awesome view (gorgeous to see the moonlight on the water) does not have an attached bathroom, but the bathroom right next door is very nice and it is close. The bedroom with double bunk beds has the ensuite bathroom. The third sleeping area is in a loft that is up a few stairs but basically open, so no privacy there. Not sure how it would work for more than one couple, but for the family of three of us it was perfect. Would defiantly stay again with our family of three."
