The homes open floor plan is quite comfortable for multi families with kids, or just a group of friends that want a relaxing vacation. The house can comfortably sleep 15 people. Enjoy the beautiful canal waterfront views while relaxing on COVERED DECKS. SWIMMING/BOAT/FISHING and Outdoor Kitchen grilling! Our home is a single story water front that offers a private boat slip. Enjoy soaking up the Texas sun on the patio, or swimming and fishing in the canal. Our master king bedroom offer a huge master bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate walk in shower. Guest bedroom one offers full size and twin size bed with its own private bathroom. Guest bedroom two offers a queen bedroom and guest bathroom with shower/tub combo down the hall. Guest bedroom three offers a queen bedroom with its own private walk in shower bathroom. In the man cave you also have the half bathroom that is also easy to access if outside. Living room sofa offer sleepers for additional guests. **** Please do not use the neighbors' back yards/docks to get out of the water. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.
