The weekly rental rate for this cozy cottage is $2,450.00, excluding a fully refundable damage deposit, non-refundable cleaning fee, and non-refundable 6% sales tax imposed by the State of Michigan on short term rentals. The damage deposit is $200.00, and the cleaning fee is $100.00.
