Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: - 8 bath towels - 4 long hand towels - 6 wash clothes - 1 kitchen hand towel - 1 kitchen washcloth - 2 soap bars per bathroom - 1 dishwasher detergent - 1 paper towel - 1 toilet paper per bathroom - 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. There are coin/card-operated laundry facilities on-site in each building. * All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open). * The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round) * The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated. * The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. * The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by . Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bike and vehicle that tows the trailer per day.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show."  In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation.  In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS. The check in process was as easy and Was given our door code the day of check in. No standing in line at a desk, just straight to the unit and in. We paid for parking online. Again, this was as easy as can be and makes for a stress free check in after a long drive from up north. Location was perfect. A short walk to all pools and the beach. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the nightly Kareoke/bands at the Quarterdeck open air beachfront restaurant. The balcony had multiple beach chairs/toys etc. We ended up leaving a couple extra chairs as well as a way to pay it forward for future guests. This is a nice touch for people that might fly and cannot bring extra beach items. Overall a great stay. Management was very responsive and we would certainly stay again.
