Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: - 8 bath towels - 4 long hand towels - 6 wash clothes - 1 kitchen hand towel - 1 kitchen washcloth - 2 soap bars per bathroom - 1 dishwasher detergent - 1 paper towel - 1 toilet paper per bathroom - 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. There are coin/card-operated laundry facilities on-site in each building. * All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every amenity (when open). * The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open March 15. * The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. * The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by . Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bike per day.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. The resort had lots to do (busy), on the beach, and close to attractions and stores. The unit could use updated mattresses, not a deal breaker. Please note that there is a daily parking fee, which may not be clearly Of the five pools mentioned in the listing, we visited two. One featured a lazy river and a splash pad, which was a nice amenity. While the condo listing included a photo showing a water slide, we were informed that the slide belongs to a different resort and is not available to guests at this property. The building has three elevators; however, on the third day of our stay, two of them were out of service. I did notify management. This created a significant inconvenience, especially when carrying items, as we had to walk a considerable distance to access the remaining elevator. Later that night we had a power failure in the entire building for about 2 minutes while I was cooking. The unit itself was clean, with no signs of pests or unpleasant odors. There are tgree coin-operated laundry areas within the building for guest use. The bedrooms, including the mattresses, could benefit from updates to enhance comfort.
