Unit 3U easily sleeps 11 with available beds, trundle beds, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa for an extra bed if guests need it. The Primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and offers a comfortable king-sized bed with a twin trundle to pull out, as well. There is another king-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom with a Twin trundle. The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin-over-full bunk beds. Guests appreciate the conveniences of a washer & dryer, large TV, dishwasher, garbage disposal, modern appliances, and even a fireplace for winter rentals. The 130' of canal front offers 2 waterfront docks for guests to share and Unit 3U has a private deck for grilling and chilling. Ole River, at the end of the canal, is a beautiful waterway for kayaking and jet skiing. The fishing is great right from both the dock and the beach if you want to try catching dinner. There are lots of fantastic restaurants in Perdido Key and also in Orange Beach or Downtown Pensacola.
