THE SPACE

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.
Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.
All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.
What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.

"Big Bear house
Overall a nice house - very roomy but it really needs blackout shades in the bedrooms - sun was pouring in at 5:45 a.m. Also, little basics like Kleenex tissues were not provided. The cushion on the swing on the back patio was 1/4 destroyed so you couldn't sit on it (looked like an animal had torn into it) - and tha back patio wasn't clean like the inside of the house. The pool table in the garage was kid-sized but the photos make it appear normal (large) size. Finally, there are lots of stairs to enter/exit the property, so it is not a good house for young kids or for people who have trouble with long flights of stairs. "

House is just as pictured, convenient location, recently remodeled and modern features. The beds are comfortable. Nice location minutes from the lake and big bear town."
