There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit. There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show."  In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation.  In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS. Cons: the property is very outdated, the interior was very dirty (stains/filth on walls/floors/furniture, cobwebs hanging from ceilings etc) , had to rewash kitchenware before use because it was visibly dirty, trash and recycling was piling up in outdoor bins from previous guests, there is a very inconvenient metal fence that makes it difficult to enter and leave the driveway with vehicles Being right near the beach + pet friendly is the saving grace for this property. Renovations and investing in a better cleaning service could turn this into a 5 star rental. For the price this place costs in the summer, it should be a standard to arrive to a spotless unit for the week."
