Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or exploring the coastline. Washer & Dryer: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, making longer stays even more comfortable. Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: - Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds - 8 bath towels - 4 long hand towels - 6 wash clothes - 1 kitchen hand towel - 1 kitchen washcloth - 2 soap bars per bathroom - 1 dishwasher detergent - 1 paper towel - 1 toilet paper per bathroom - 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 21. 8 ADULTS MAX. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit. There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per pet. Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show."  In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation.  In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS. Visitor Reviews (6) Write a Review! "Only good thing was the location Our vrbo was canceled/sold a week before so we ended up booking this last minute for Easter with our 2 grown kids and 2 dogs. The location was the ONLY good thing about this place--quick walk to beach and surrounding restaurants/bars. I thought the fenced yard would be great for our dogs, but it had open areas not ideal for smaller dogs or kids, plus the gate latches were broken, as well as the car gate for the driveway. It is a dirt yard, so plan on lots of dirt coming in. The unit had a strong odor of bug spray/fumigation on arrival and we had to leave the door open to air out. We did see several roaches during our stay, and dead ones that were left in the stairwell connecting upstairs. The floors and area rugs were very dirty/stained, but the bathroom was clean on arrival. The kitchen is not ideal for any sort of cooking--no counter space, "wood"ish paneling as countertops that are not easy to clean--lots of dirt/food in wood seams (especially dirty/rotten wood around sink)--felt like you were eating off a wooden floor, can't be a sanitary option for a kitchen. Lots of random pans & utensils, limited silverware/dishes (even for 4), no cutting board, used a baking pan for a dish rack. No dishwasher (not a deal-breaker), adequate fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Gas grill outside was good. The AC vents had black mold/dust, walls/floor boards need deep clean/wipe and fresh paint--appears to have had water damage (peeling paint, patched, moldy). Furniture dirty/stained, food in cushions. Beds were the worst I have ever slept on--cheap sofabed/futon/cot style mattress on a basic frame on plastic risers. Large living space, but too small of a kitchen, and only 1 bathroom was tough for the 4 of us (can't imagine 8 people). The rental mgmt did say they would be looking into the issues and doing a deep clean/new rugs and relaying to the owner, and offered a minimal $100 refund for the inconvenience. Located in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of large live oaks and mature landscaping. A quiet area just off of hwy 17. I felt quite safe at this location. A fenced in yard for my dog was a big plus. No one was staying in the upstairs unit so my dog had the run of the yard. People walking their dogs in the neighborhood were friendly. The restaurants in the beach area allow dogs on the outside patios and even gave my dog a bowl of water. I stayed 4 weeks in Dec/Jan 2026 and 3 weeks in March 2026. I plan on staying again next fall/winter/spring if it works out" Apr 04, 2026 - John M., Bardstown, KY "Two week Hyre vacation Someone definitely had blinders on when they cleaned. The breakfast nook window is so dirty it’s hard to see thru, spider webs in window sills, entrance door and baseboards are filthy. Dead bugs on floor along the walls and killed several live bugs as they were running across the floor. Walls in bedroom look like someone was ready to paint then forgot. No iron or ironing board found, motel rooms have this as a standard item. Garbage pickup was Wednesday not Tuesday as told in your email on arrival. Multiple light bulbs are out in the bedroom ceiling fan and living room lamp. No replacements found in cupboards. Finish pod for dishwasher was on the stove, funny the unit doesn’t have a dishwasher. Someone left a craftsman drill on the platform where the air conditioner units are, probably been there for sometime, they may like to know or return it. Lesson learned , pictures are more fake than real and we will not rent this unit again . Would never tell anyone to stay here, once they see our pictures of some of the disgusting things I have mentioned they will definitely not want to rent . One living room couch is faded and has multiple holes where stuffing is showing. People in back unit had a dog that barked during the night on the second weekend around 2 am. Truck left and things got quite. No since in complaining, we just made the best of a bad atmosphere and enjoyed the beach and restaurants . Loved that the city had events at the park on Tuesday and Thursday,s. Streets are well lite and sidewalks are nice." Oct 29, 2025 - Teresa H., REEDSVILLE, WV "Property was good. Beach experience was bad. I thought the property was good, however, the experience on the beach was not. I had a couple umbrellas and a small canopy set up and was told by the beach patrol that I was too close to the water. They needed a good line site for safety reasons and for the emergency vehicles, which was fine and very understandable. We moved our location closer to the dunes where we were told, but then another patrol came by and told us we were in the wrong spot. I explained what I was told and he said he didn’t care. I rolled my eyes and I guess that set them off because he became a bit hostile and threatened to fine me $450 and confiscate my beach paraphernalia. I was there with my 80-year-old mother and my 24 year-old daughter, so I felt I needed to keep my mouth shut and let the jerk get his win. Incidentally, after reading the beach ordinance, what he told me was completely wrong."
