Our observation during our 2 week stay (June 2025) was disappointing from a general overall property appearance. We understand there was a hurricane last year but the property is declining from past comparisons. Construction debris sitting on the sidewalk for days, no one (whom ever is responsible for cleaning up) is paying attention. A weekly blower /sweep of sidewalks and carports would go a long way. We have stayed at Crescent Royale many times, but Unit 309 is now our favorite! The unit was beautifully decorated and so well stocked--from the kitchen items to the number of hangers to the plush decor--we could not have been more impressed. The lanai was especially delightful as the enclosed area had doors over the screens that could be opened to capture the Gulf breezes or closed to prevent the rain from soaking the tiles. We spent a lot of time on that lanai with the doors open and the ceiling fan on just enjoying the breeze and relaxing or eating lunch. Crescent Royale has the BEST location right across from Siesta Beach and within easy walking distance of Siesta Village. The pool is lovely, and the staff couldn't be more friendly or more helpful.
