Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

"Fun Family Vacation!
We had a great time at 39 Oak Court. It was a beautiful and well-appointed home. The location was perfect to access all of the nearby shopping, attractions and beach! The property management was responsive and helpful when needed. One thing to note is that the queen bedroom can only be accessed from outside on the ground level. That can be noisy if your group wants to be up late using the pool/hottub and TV. The other problem with that room is that it shares a wall with the garage and the humidity is very poorly controlled. The room smelled terrible for the duration of the vacation and all of the clothing that was packed and unpacked in that room smelled like mildew when we returned home. The management team stopped by to tell us to keep the garage closed due to a humidity sensor because of the mold that builds up in the wall. I can only assume that was the source of the smell.
Also, the bathroom in the pictures that shows washer/dryer can also only be accessed from outside on the ground level. It is not very convenient for guests staying in the house to use. "

"Perfect Setup
We rented this house for a fantasy football draft for 10 middle aged guys and it could’ve not been more perfect. We unfortunately ran into rain the whole time but that did not stop us from fully enjoying ourselves. The house had so much to offer and the outdoor space was perfect for our draft. There were enough beds to accommodate everyone and the house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The property management was very kind and help gf enduring our whole stay. Would definitely recommend."

"Paradise on Oak Court
We've been visiting Sea Pines for years and this is definitely one of our top homes we've rented by far. What a wonderful home for our group to spend our annual HHI trip in. Every single bit of space has been utilized so well and thought out. Our group of 10 had plenty of personal space when needed but the open group spaces were perfect. The pool and covered area were top notch and we loved every minute of our week. Very private backyard area for our group to enjoy. A little bit of a haul to the beach with kids but doable quick drive to the beach club and worth the drive to have such a wonderful house to come back too. This is one we will come back to for sure!"

"Wonderful Vacation Retreat!
House was Beautiful! Clean, had all the amenities and so much space! Loved the pool and outdoor areas. Close drive to restaurants, sights and beach. Had an absolutely lovely vacation!! Would definitely recommend this vacation retreat! "
