The open floor plan allows you to spend time together while the second floor bedrooms provide that space when you just need to slip away. Natural light pours in through the balcony doors, illuminating the refreshing living room and dining area. Through the living room is the villa's serene balcony, overlooking a lagoon. A bistro set provides the perfect space for your morning coffee. The villa's kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Don't feel like cooking on vacation? This villa is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, which has multiple dining options. If you want to get there even quicker, Island Rentals provides 4 adult bikes!
The second floor includes 2 bedrooms, a washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom includes a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen size bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom.
Beyond the walls of the villa, only a short walk away, is Coligny Plaza where you can find a wide array of restaurants, shops and entertainment. For those guests with young kids, Celebration Park's pirate ship themed playground truly cannot be beat. And what would a vacation to Hilton Head Island be without, of course, the beach! Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

"Awesome Week In Hilton Head Island!
We had an amazing week in Hilton Head Island at this beautiful villa! We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and felt incredibly warm and welcoming.
We really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was—it made meals so easy—and having beach chairs and bikes available was a huge bonus. The nearby pool was also a great perk for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The management company was fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I highly recommend this villa and would love the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!"

"Worth it vs a hotel!
We don’t normally book rental properties for our vacations but decided to give it a try for the 5 night stay. So glad we did! To have a King bed and a Queen bed (for our teen) with own bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry was so needed and definitely worth it all!
Having the beach supplies right there on site and the bikes was a massive plus as well.
*The king bed maybe needs a mattress pad for a bit more comfort and maybe some jersey comfy sheets. And directions for the washer and dryer as it seemed a bit tricky to figure out...the dryer moreso. These are the only pieces of feedback.

"Perfect spot for a golf trip
This is a clean, well equipped, well run unit close to everything. Parking is right outside your door and it's a nice open space with private bedrooms and baths. I have no complaints. "

"Beautiful condo, fully renovated, great location, walk to Coligny
We spent a week, including riding out a very stormy 24 hours of Hurricane Helene, in this beautiful, completely renovated two-level condo, located in a very quiet complex just a short walking distance from Coligny Beach. Very spacious living area with nice TV (including the Spectrum cable app. to access standard television programming), fully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms, and nice bedrooms with lots of closet and drawer space to unpack for your stay. We loved the free bikes and beach chairs that were provided. We highly recommend this condo, but do want to note to prospective renters that the two-story condo requires significant climbing of steps during your stay. Because there is a single level condo located below this unit, to access the condo you must walk up one full level of stairs to get to the front door. Once inside, the living area, kitchen, powder room, and deck are located on the main floor, but you need to climb a second full staircase to access both bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. We chose the condo because we wanted to be up off the ground, and the steps were not an issue for us."

"Perfect location to get to wherever you need! Beautiful property!
The property was absolutely perfect! We were greeted with refreshments in the kitchen to help enjoy our stay. The primary bedroom has a bathroom with everything you need and more. There is an updated washer and dryer right off the primary bedroom that was easy to use and well maintained. Designated parking spots right at the front door with ease. We loved the physical location and we could walk anywhere we needed to go to see.all.thr main attractions. We could walk to the beach, many restaurants and the park that is just across the street. The owners checked in often and were so helpful in making sure we had what we needed and suggestions on where to go locally while we stayed.I plan to come again and again! Perfect place!"
