CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

The location is perfect - super close to the beach, having the pool/splash pad/playground was exactly what we needed when we needed to tire the kids out but stay out of the sun, and both beds being a king was perfection. The area was quiet, no parties, perfect for families vacationing with littles. We had a great stay. "

This location was great! Plenty of room in the house and kids had a blast. The refrigerator initially smelled like fish and had blood throughout inside. The Padre Escapes team was quick to come after hours to clean it thoroughly. They were great and very friendly throughout the process. We will rent from them again. "

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Feathered Charm. The rental was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at and appreciated having a bedroom downstairs with direct access to the backyard. It was an easy walk to the beach which we enjoyed doing in the early morning and evenings with our dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "
