| Description |
New Listing! New Furnishings! Welcome to The Pool House! This inviting vacation retreat has everything you need for a memorable Perdido Key getaway. Purple Parrot Village Resort features attractive coastal architecture, giving each unit the charming feel of a beach cottage rather than a traditional condo.
This attractive and welcoming 1 bedroom condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and offers one of the best locations in the resort, overlooking the amazing lagoon style pool. The huge pool, complete with a waterfall and soaking spa, is a guest favorite, and The Pool House offers a perfect parrot's eye view!
Enjoy some float therapy in the lagoon pool or take a swim in the heated indoor pool. Additional resort amenities include a fitness room, beach volleyball, and the one and only Purple Parrot Tiki Bar. When you're ready for the beach, beautiful white sand and sparkling Gulf waters are just down the road.
Perdido Key is home to several public beach accesses, as well as Gulf Islands National Seashore, Perdido Key State Park, Big Lagoon State Park, and more. Spend your days exploring miles of pristine, undeveloped white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
PKRM adds even more value to your vacation by offering complimentary experiences like a dolphin cruise, sunset cruise, and deep sea fishing. Be sure to get out on the water and discover for yourself why Perdido Key's beautiful waterways are known as a Boater's Paradise. If you prefer an adventure on land, complimentary admission to OWA Amusement Park is also available!
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit features a brand new King sized bed with a quality memory foam mattress for a great night's sleep. The bathroom includes an extra large custom tile shower, perfect for rinsing away the sand and salt, along with any worries you may have brought with you on vacation. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay.
A large television provides plenty of entertainment for viewing, streaming, and gaming. The porch is also a terrific place to sit, sip your favorite beverage, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Purple Parrot.
Enjoy shopping, attractions, and wonderful dining experiences throughout Perdido Key, as well as nearby Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola. Be sure to try some fresh local Gulf seafood while you're here. Grill out at Purple Parrot or visit one of the many popular local restaurants.
This unit came on the market late in the season, so there are still some great dates available. Book soon to secure your most desired dates!
