"Great Condo with Phenomenal Ocean Views
This was our second year in Room 504. The location is perfect. Great views of the ocean and steps away from Siesta Key Beach. We had great weather and the condo itself has everything you need. The office staff is top notch — very friendly and very helpful.

"Vacation from ****
No heat. Toilet ran 24/7 then backed up. Sign on old heat control read “Do not touch” No instruction sheets. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Had to sleep under several blankets to keep warm."

Great location and well maintained for an older building. The island was easy to navigate with free and tip only shuttles. Great beach and this condo is right across the street from the public beach. "
