"Visited from Michigan
Bathrooms were both upgraded with higher end finishes; base of toilet in guest room was dirty, but overall the unit was clean. Highly suggest spending a little to upgrade the artwork, rugs and accessories so they complement the upgraded furniture.
Proximity to Siesta Key Beach can't be beat! Condo is directly across from public parking, which was a bit loud after dark due to Spring Break, but didn't last long.
Property overall was very well kept; clean, well-maintained and a nice, relaxing vibe. Would recommend to friends!"

Unit 403 has a beautiful view of the public beach. Condo is updated and comfortable for a family. Sleeper sofa was better than most. Beach gear was older and could be replaced. A beach wagon and a working blender would have been nice, but happy with this condo overall. Crescent Royale doesn’t disappoint!"

First night problem with the A/C freezing up was resolved adequately, follow up by Maintenance next was adequate. Picture on wall fell down while we were gone. Had noticed it wasn't hanging evenly with other picture, otherwise nothing notable. Room was VERY nice and would consider for future rentals."

"Beautiful weather and accommodations
This is our 5th time at Crescent Royale. condos and we love how well maintained the complex is and the location. We’ve stayed in a different condo almost every time. Unit 403 was very nice. Seemed recently updated and nicely furnished. My only complaint was the lack of sufficient beach equipment. Unit slept 5 or 6 but there were only 2 decent beach chairs and a lousy umbrella. No decent cooler or beach cart. "
