"Cresent Royal #400
Somewhat disappointed with the unit. Upon arrival we noticed that some of the kitchen utensils and coffee cups weren’t clean. Could have been the dishwasher but cleaning with detergent got them clean. The next item was that we noticed food crumbs on the top sheet of one of the guest bedroom beds. Appears that they weren’t changed. Food crumbs were also noticed in front of the couch on the floor in the living room and under one of the chairs as well as an empty carton of juice. Finally the noise from the street was extremely loud even when the patio doors were shut. Perhaps better sound insulation patio door would have helped. Our last vist to Siesta Key we stayed next door at the condo development just immediately north of Crescent Royal, and had no noise issues. Regardless of my comments our overall trip to Siesta Key was extremely enjoyable. I would also like to thank the on site management team for being so helpful in addressing my questions. A pleasure to meet. "

"Loved it!!
Easy check in and condo was updated and just as described. Beautiful view of Siesta Key beach from the large balcony. Had a very relaxing stay!!"

"Gorgeous but noisy
We loved this vacation rental for its close proximity to the beach and it was spotlessly clean! Nice furnishings and everything you would need to cook and pretend you are at home! The only negative about it is that it is on the BUSIEST road in and out of Siesta Village and it is very noisy! After 10 pm, when they clear the beach, there is a lot of yelling, screaming and blaring music with all of the TRAFFIC! Great condo, just not very quiet! The views of the beach are incredible from the screened-in balcony, we spent most of our time there when we weren't on the beach or in the Village."

"Christmas vacation
i rented on the first floor middle building, was beautiful until i went out on the patio/lanai. The housekeepers had neglected to clean the patio floor, maybe as long as weeks from the hurricane, it was dirty black and my feet were black when I walked back inside. Also there were no light condiments, like salt and pepper."
