This newly renovated (2024) and refurnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is an end unit that features a wrap-around screened lanai that offers panoramic views of the beach and lovely sunsets. The kitchen has all new stainless steel Samsung high-end appliances, lots of cabinet storage, marble counter tops, a Keurig Single Serve K-Cup and 12 cup Carafe Coffee Maker along with smaller appliances. This Condo is equipped with wireless high-speed internet and a 75" Crystal UHD "smart" TV. There are 43" "smart" Crystal UHD TVs in both bedrooms. The public beach features lifeguards, tennis courts, volley ball, children's playground, gift shops and concessions. Free instructor led Yoga at the public beach. There is a drum circle every Sunday prior to sunset. A walk or free ride to Siesta Village is a must. There is a variety of shops, stores and restaurants with live music.

We were so happy with our stay in 2E! This was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in so far at CR and it worked really well for us and our three young children. We had a little trouble with a smoke detector beeping on a Sunday when the office was closed, but they were able to get it fixed when they reopened Monday. The unit was well equipped with kitchen supplies, dishes, and beach equipment. We enjoyed hosting our Sarasota family members for dinner one night and they were also very impressed by the upgrades in this unit! You can’t beat the location of CR - great views even on the second floor and accessibility to everything at the public beach (food/drinks, walk-out mat, restrooms, lifeguards) is so nice when traveling with little kids, and we already can’t wait to go back!
