CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Not Enough Bang for my Buck!
Very disappointing for the price. The home had wonderful views but was very uncomfortable. The beds were hard as rocks, and all queen size. One didn't even have a blanket. The "spare" blankets were actually dusty old comforters. There are no bedside tables so none of us could read in bed, which we all enjoy doing! The furniture could only seat 2 people in any space (2 people could face the TV and 2 people could face the fireplace). It was clearly stated not to move the furniture and we wouldn't be able to because it was so heavy anyway! So we had to bring kitchen chairs in to sit so we could talk with each other. The house has 3 bedrooms, can host 6 but only seats 4! The house was repeatedly invaded by ants, so I spent $500/night and had to continuously clean up ants. We couldn't put our food anywhere but the fridge. The baby couldn't crawl in the kitchen area as we had to spray. The house was not very clean and all of the closets had weird left over objects. No vacuum cleaner or dust spray for us to use to clean it up a bit. There were food crumbs on the rug in the living room that we did not put there...you guessed it, who found it? The baby. They are stingy on the towels too, only one per person for 3 days! Gross. The house was pretty run down too. All the beautiful panels had tears or holes in them. We have rented in this neighborhood for over 30 years and have not stayed in a house this uncomfortable. "

The house has a great vibe and is super clean. We really enjoyed the location and have stayed in this neighborhood before and love walking to the beach and enjoying the serene ocean views. Loved it. "

"Condor Palace
Our group of six had a wonderful three day stay at the Condor Palace. The home’s Japanese themed interior was inviting and the overall layout very comfortable. However, one needed to be very careful in navigating the multilevel steps. Perhaps consider placing marking tape on the top and bottom steps. We all agreed that we would be happy to return."

"Condor Palace
The views were good. The place was clean and accommodating. The freezer needed work on over flowing water in ice maker. Maintenance came out but didn't resolve the issue. The bedroom TV did not work. Disappointing for my father as this trip was for him. He has stage 4 cancer and is doing Chemo treatments. Put it still was a good stay."
